These terms apply when you use the Shiza Collection website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Product Information
We try to show our products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. Sizes and measurements are a guide.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
How Your Order Becomes a Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We email an order confirmation to say we have received it, but the contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch email. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for it.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery
Delivery times, costs and our daily cut-off time are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns are made through our Return Center and refunded through Shopify Payments, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Payment details are in our Payment Policy.
Your Legal Rights
Goods you buy from us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You also have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
Our Content
The photos, text, logo and design on this website belong to Shiza Collection or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal use, but please do not copy, reuse or sell our content without our written permission.
Using the Website
Please do not use our website to break the law, give us false information, interfere with how the site works, try to get into our systems, or collect data with bots or scrapers. We may block access if these rules are broken.
Reviews and Messages
If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm that it is truthful and yours to share. We may remove content that is false, unlawful or offensive.
Links and Third Parties
Our website links to and uses services from other companies, such as Shopify and Google. We are not responsible for other websites. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we sell to consumers only. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action or power and internet failures. If this happens, we will tell you and do our best to get your order to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on our website when you placed it.

Governing Law
These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
